3.2 Installing the Guide Bar and Chain

  1. Ensure the chainsaw is switched off and the battery is removed.
  2. Loosen the chain cover nuts and remove the chain cover.
  3. Place the chain around the sprocket and guide bar. Ensure the cutting edges of the chain are facing the correct direction.
  4. Fit the guide bar onto the studs, ensuring the chain fits into the groove of the guide bar.

  3. Once tension is set, fully tighten the chain cover nuts.

3.4 Filling Chain Oil Reservoir

The chainsaw features automatic chain lubrication. It is essential to fill the oil reservoir with appropriate chain lubricant before each use.

  1. Ensure the chainsaw is on a level surface.
  2. Unscrew the oil reservoir cap (black cap near the handle).
  3. Carefully pour chain lubricant into the reservoir until it reaches the maximum fill line.
  4. Replace and securely tighten the oil reservoir cap.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your cordless chainsaw.

4.1 Starting the Chainsaw
