- Attach a Tip: Select one of the color-coded Quad-stream tips. Gently twist it onto the end of the syringe until secure.

- Prepare Water: Fill a clean bowl or cup with lukewarm water. The water should be close to body temperature to avoid discomfort.
- Fill Syringe: Submerge the tip of the syringe into the lukewarm water. Slowly pull back the plunger to draw water into the syringe barrel. Ensure no air bubbles are drawn in.

- Posizionamentu: Lean your head over a sink or basin, tilting the ear you are cleaning downwards. This allows water and dislodged earwax to drain easily.

- Inserite Tip: Gently insert the Quad-stream tip into the ear canal. Do not push it in too far or forcefully. The flared design of the tip helps prevent over-insertion and directs water to the ear canal walls.

- Irrigate Ear: Slowly and gently depress the plunger to release the water into the ear canal. The quad-stream design creates a 360° influx of water to dislodge earwax.

- Repetite: Repeat the process several times until the ear is fully irrigated and no more earwax is expelled. You may need to refill the syringe multiple times.
- Dry Ear: Gently dry the outer ear with a clean towel. Do not insert anything into the ear canal to dry it.
- Other Ear: Repeat the entire process for the other ear if necessary, using a clean tip for hygiene.
