- Agite : Gently stir the coffee and water with a non-abrasive utensil.
- Pone u coperchio: Place the plunger assembly on top of the carafe. Turn the lid so the arrow indicator is away from the pour spout to seal and retain heat during brewing. Do not press the plunger down yet.
- Infusione: Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
- Press: Slowly and steadily press the plunger down. Apply gentle, even pressure. Do not force the plunger.
- Servite: Turn the lid so the arrow indicator aligns with the pour spout. Pour and enjoy your freshly brewed coffee.
