4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Boiling Water (Kettle Function)

- Open the lid and place your desired amount of loose leaf tea or tea bags into the stainless steel tea filter.
- Lower the tea filter into the kettle and close the lid securely.
- Place the kettle back onto the power base.
- Select the appropriate brewing temperature for your tea type (70°C, 80°C, 90°C, or 100°C).
- Once the water reaches the set temperature, allow the tea to steep for the recommended time.
- After steeping, lift the tea filter to remove the tea leaves from the water.
5.3. Temperature Control and Keep Warm Function
The appliance offers electronic temperature settings at 70°C, 80°C, 90°C, and 100°C. The real-time temperature is displayed on the handle. After reaching the set temperature, the appliance can maintain the temperature for a period, ensuring your beverage stays warm.
