The Zipro Hulk RS Elliptical Trainer requires assembly. It is recommended to allocate sufficient time and space for this process. The Zipro Hulk RS offers 8 levels of magnetic resistance. To adjust the resistance, turn the tension control knob located on the main frame. Turn clockwise for increased resistance and counter-clockwise for decreased resistance.

Maintain an upright posture with a slight bend in your knees. Engage your core muscles. Use the moving handlebars to work your upper body while your legs drive the elliptical motion. Ensure your feet are centered on the pedals.
