4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Unpacking and Preparing the Board

1. Unroll the SUP board on a clean, flat surface, free from sharp objects.
2. Locate the high-pressure inflation valve, typically at the tail of the board.

4.2 Inflating the SUP Board

1. Ensure the valve pin is in the 'up' position (closed) to prevent air from escaping.
2. Attach the hose of the double-action hand pump to the valve by twisting it clockwise until secure.
3. Begin pumping. The double-action pump inflates on both the up and down strokes. Once the board becomes firm, you can switch to single-action mode (if available on your pump) for easier pumping to higher pressures.
4. Inflate the board to the recommended pressure of 18 PSI (1.24 bar). Use the integrated pressure gauge on the pump to monitor the pressure. Do not overinflate.
