5.2 Compatibilità di i materiali

The Adventurer 5M Pro supports a wide range of filament types due to its 280°C full-metal direct extruder:

  • PLA (acidu polilatticu)
  • ABS (acrilonitrile butadiene stirene)
  • PETG (Polietilene Tereftalatu Glicole)
  • ASA (Acrilonitrile Stirene Acrilatu)
  • TPU (Poliuretanu Termoplasticu)
  • PC (Policarbonate)
  • PLA-CF (Fibra di Carboniu PLA)
  • PETG-CF (fibra di carbone PETG)

6. Mantenimentu

6.1 Cura di l'ugellu

  • Rimpiazzamentu di l'ugellu: The Adventurer 5M Pro features a quick-detachable nozzle. To replace, ensure the nozzle is heated, then carefully detach and replace.

Image: Illustration of the 32mm³/s high-flow quick-detach nozzle, available in various sizes (0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm) for different printing needs.

  • Nozzle Cleaning (Cold Pull): Heat the nozzle to the material's melting point, then cool it to 80°C and quickly pull the filament out to remove any residue. Wear heat-resistant gloves. For stubborn blockages, repeat 2-3 times.
  • Nozzle Cleaning (Needle Clearing): Heat the nozzle to the material's melting point. Insert a needle from the top of the extruder and remove any accumulated material.
  • Nozzle Usage Recommendations: Dedicate one nozzle per filament type (especially carbon fiber/PETG). When switching filament with the same nozzle, set a higher temperature than the melting point of the filament inside to perform internal cleaning. Clean nozzles every 1-3 months.

6.2 Sistema di filtrazione d'aria

The dual circulation system helps reduce dust and VOCs. Regularly check and clean the air filters to maintain optimal performance and air quality.
