Unboxing & Initial Battery Setup

Upon receiving your NICRON L71 flashlight, carefully open the packaging. The box typically contains the flashlight, a Type-C charging cable, and a spare O-ring. Before first use, it is crucial to remove the insulating sheet located between the battery and the flashlight's internal contacts. Unscrew the tail cap, remove the battery, peel off the insulating sheet, and reinsert the battery with the positive (+) end facing the head of the flashlight. Securely screw the tail cap back on.

Power On/Off

To turn the flashlight ON, double-click the side switch. To turn the flashlight OFF, long-press the side switch from any mode.

Changing Brightness Modes (White Light)

With the flashlight ON, single-click the side switch to cycle through the white light modes: Low → Medium → High → Max. The flashlight will remember the last used mode when turned off and on again.

Activating Red Light Modes

From the OFF state, long-press the side switch for approximately 3 seconds to activate the red light mode. Single-click to switch between Red Light and Red Light Strobe.

Activating Strobe/SOS Modes

From the OFF state, double-click the side switch to enter the white light mode. Then, quickly double-click again to cycle through Strobe and SOS modes.

To prevent accidental activation, double-click the side switch to lock the flashlight. The indicator light will blink twice to confirm it's locked. Double-click again to unlock.

1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the side of the flashlight head.
2. Open the rubber cover protecting the charging port.

4. The switch indicator light will turn RED during charging.
5. Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will turn GREEN.
