4. Setup è Assemblea
4.1. Assembling Dumbbells
- Select the desired weight plates.
- Slide the weight plates onto the dumbbell bar.
- Secure the weight plates on both ends of the dumbbell bar using the fixed nuts. Turn the nuts clockwise until they are tight and the plates are stable.

4.2. Assembling a Barbell
- Assemble two dumbbells as described in Section 4.1.
- Connect the two assembled dumbbells using the barbell connecting rod. Ensure the rod is securely screwed into both dumbbell bars.
- Verify that all connections are tight and stable before use.
4.3. Assembling a Kettlebell
- Attach the kettlebell base rod to the desired weight plates.
- Secure the weight plates with a fixed nut.
- Attach a kettlebell handle to the top of the kettlebell base rod. Ensure it is firmly screwed in.
4.4. Using as Push-up Stands
The kettlebell handles can be used as push-up stands. Ensure they are placed on a stable, non-slip surface before performing exercises.

5.1. Ajustamentu di pesu

5.3. Barbell Shoulder Pad
