3. Setup

- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the air fryer.
- Wash the air fry base tray and circulation riser with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

Placement and Power Connection
- Place the air fryer on a dry, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to ensure proper airflow.

It is recommended to run a burn-off cycle before cooking food for the first time to eliminate any manufacturing odors.

- Turn on the air fryer and set it to Air Fry at 400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes.
- Allow the unit to cool completely after the cycle.
4. Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Basic Operation
To turn the air fryer on, press the putenza button. The display will illuminate. To turn it off, press the putenza button again. The display will turn off, except for the power button icon.
The default cooking temperature is 350°F and the default time is 15 minutes. To begin cooking, press the Start / Pause button (play/pause symbol). The colon on the time display will flash during cooking.

- Use the up/down arrows on the left to scroll through the presets.
- À view the cooking temperature and time for a preset, press the up/down arrows on the right. You can adjust these settings if desired.
- To save custom presets (slots 101-150), set your desired temperature and time, then press and hold the Preset button until you hear a beep and "SAVE" appears.

- Wattage cuntrollu: The Brio Plus has three wattage settings (700W, 1500W, 1800W) for convenience in various power environments. Press the Watts button to cycle through settings. To lock a wattage setting, press and hold the Watts button until you hear a beep. Repeat to unlock.
- Notification Bell (Shake Reminder): For some recipes, the bell icon will flash, and "FLIP", "TURN", or "SHAKE" will appear on the display to remind you to turn or shake your food for even cooking.
- Funzione Lock: To lock the control panel and prevent accidental presses, press and hold the Fry Air è Focu buttons simultaneously until "LOCK" appears on the display. Repeat to unlock.
