Introduzione

It allows to manually transfer of the connected equipment to utility power via a bypass switch, permitting scheduled maintenance or UPS replacement without power interruption. Combined power distribution feature and the master-controlled design, it provides a maintenance bypass function and power saving within a rack mechanism.
Rack Mount/Wall Mount the Unit
The module can be mounted to a 19” enclosure or wall. Please follow chart below for rack/wall mount installation.

Ispezione
Remove the unit from the shipping package and inspect it for damage that may have occurred during transportation. Notify the carrier and place of purchase if any damage is found. The shipping package contains:

Plug the input power cord of the unit to the wall outlet. The Power LED will light up when the mains is normal. The Power LED will be off while power failure. 
Cunnette UPS

Cunnette Attrezzatura
There are two types of output receptacles: Master and Slave. To save power consumption, the unit is equipped with Master and Slave output receptacles. The Master output receptacle will sense if the master device (computer) is on. If the master device is no longer drawing current, it will automatically shut down the power to the Slave output receptacles. Please refer to the charts below for detailed equipment connections.
NOTA: When the computer is turned off, the Master output receptacle shuts off power to the slave output receptacles. However, when the computer goes into “sleep mode” or the power consumption of connected device to Master output receptacle is below 20 W, the Master output receptacle may not properly recognize the reduced power level.
Operazione
Trasferimentu à Bypass di Manutenzione
Prima di trasferimentu à u bypass di mantenimentu, assicuratevi chì u LED Power hè illuminatu. Trasferisce l'interruttore di bypass rotativu da "Normale" à "Bypass". À questu tempu, tutti i dispositi cunnessi sò alimentati direttamente da u putere di utilità. Puderete spegne l'UPS è disconnect dui cables cunnessi à UPS. Allora pudete avà serve u UPS.
Trasferimentu à UPS Protection
After maintenance service is done, make sure the UPS operation is normal. Then, reconnect UPS to the unit by following Installation Section. Verify the Power LED is lighting. Then transfer the rotary bypass switch from “Bypass” to “Normal”. Now, all connected devices are protected by UPS.
Funzione Master / Slave Operazione
Dopu avè cunnessu tutti i dispositi à l'unità, appughjà "Interruttore Master / Slave" per attivà u statu (
). U LED Slave On si accende quandu a carica di cunnessione nantu à l'output master hè sopra à 20W. Press "Master / Slave switch" per disattivà u statu (), a funzione hè disattivata è u LED Slave On si accende.

After maintenance, reconnect UPS to the unit and switch the bypass from Bypass to Normal for UPS protection.

Enable/disable the Master/Slave function switch based on load requirements. Slave LED indicates load status.
