This is the Smart Hub Gateway, comprised of a highly integrated Wi-Fi and low-power Bluetooth module. It can be easily connected to the NICE DIGI app, enabling device addition, reset, third-party control, and Bluetooth group control, effectively fulfilling the demands of a smart home.

Steps to Add a Gateway
Avvisu impurtante prima di l'usu:
- Download NICE DIGI APP by scanning the QR code provided. If you have already completed this step, you can skip it.
- Ensure that your network is operating on a 2.4G WiFi connection, as the gateway is only compatible with this network environment.
- Power up the gateway and ensure it is in the matching state. The indicator light should be constantly blue, with the red light blinking. (Must be set to this state to successfully connect to the gateway)
Reset Metudu
Press and hold the button for 5s and see the red indicator light flashing several times, that the reset is successful.
When you are ready to initiate the connection process, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Add Device within the app.
- Select the option for the Wireless Gateway (BLE).
- Confirm the status of the gateway indicator once again and proceed with the confirmation. Once the device has been successfully added, navigate to the gateway page and click on Add Device below.
- Once the device has been successfully added, navigate to the gateway page and click on “Add Device” below
- Please select the Add Existing option, select the lock(s) you have added, and then click Confirm to complete the process.
Voice Control
- Please follow the steps below to complete the Alexa voice assistant connection.
- We also provide you with the operation video QR code, which can be scanned and watched.
Step 1 – Link Your NICE DIGI Account to Alexa APP
- Enable the smart life skill
Login to Your NICE DIGI Account
- Successfully add lock devices in your Alexa APP
Step 2 – Open Voice Control Settings
- Tap on Locks on the page and locate the added lock.
- Tap on settings and enable “Unlock by App” and “Unlock by voice” to complete the addition process.
FAQ
What should I do if the indicator lights are not as described during setup?
If the indicator lights are not in the specified state, try resetting the gateway by pressing and holding the reset button for 5 seconds until the red indicator flashes.
Can I connect multiple gateways to the same app?
Yes, you can add multiple gateways by following the same steps outlined in the user manual for each gateway.
